Re-connecting past and present

    My due respect to all my beloved friends and souls of great honours with your presence makes it more beautiful and worthy living for our existence together.

    With another chance graced by almighty, I am opening my pages of life for 're-connecting the past and present. From this let's unite the souls of speciality which I categorized your presence is so special that the almighty always makes it more worthy in every sense. As I said, "the road ahead of you is already cleared by your god of soul when you connect with him as you are travelling, your surroundings are safe and secure because of your presence", so let's feel it again.

   Let's remind to our soul, our presence and 're-connect it.

WRITING SHOULD BE A PART OF OUR LIFE

HOW I AM CONNECTED WITH YOU…….!!

     Happiness is much worthy when the things are materialistic as its not available in Multinational Mall or anywhere in the market what everyone use the term and so try to keep it secondary the materials you need and try to connect with others first if you need Happiness.

   With this above sentence which starts with Happiness and ends with happiness, is the reason for connecting with you and I and with others and how I got full of happiness in my life. The very African saying “Go alone if you want to run faster and go together if you want to run longer” does make a lot of sense when you compare with this competitive material world and how I am connected with you all and my happiness. So the option is with you either you will chose a faster run or a longer.

    

     So giving a fraction of a minute to think about you, care about you, loving you, remembering you, doing something for you, sharing with you, praying for you and with all these fractions of minutes which I share in my life connects with you more than anything else. And this is the reason for your happiness and how I got full of happiness in my life. So all of we are connected and can be connected, this is how I am connected with you.

ONE MINUTE TEACHER: HOW TO TEACH OTHERS TO TEACH THEMSELVES

ONE MINUTE GOAL SETTING:

Using the steps below, encourage your clients to set goals for themselves and take one minute a few times a day to look at their goals.

1. I take the time to quietly think, with my head and my heart about what I want to teach myself. And then I decide what my goals are.
2. I write my goals in first person, present tense, as though I am already achieving my Goals. (For example: “I am enjoying getting a B in math.”)
3. I write down my goals briefly, so I can read them often in only one Minute.
4. I am specific when writing my goal. I set a date to achieve my goal. (For example: “I am enjoying a B on this Thursday’s English Exam.”)
5. I use good- feeling words. (For example: I enjoy……) Each time I read my goal, I imagine how good I feel.
6. I take one minute, several times a day, to stop and look at my goals and to look at my behavior and then I see if my behavior matches my goals.

ONE MINUTE PRAISINGS:

Encourage your clients to reflect on or catch themselves doing something right by flowing these steps:

1.      I praise myself immediately.

2.      As soon as I have done something right, I tell myself specifically what I did right, or approximately right.

3.      I tell myself how good I feel about what I did right. I pause for a few seconds to really feel my success.

4.      I remind myself that I am indeed a good person.

5.      I encourage myself to continue the same good behavior because I want to feel good again soon about my behavior and about myself.

ONE MINUTE RECOVERY:

When a client’s behavior does not align with his/her own goals, encourage the client to practice the One Minute Recovery.

  The First half of the Minute:

1.      As soon as possible I see when my behavior does not match my goal.

2.      I tell myself specifically what I did wrong – what is keeping me from teaching myself what I want to learn.

3.      I am silent for a few seconds to quietly feel my “Fumble”. The more uncomfortable I feel, the more I want to recover.

  The second half of the Minute:

1.      I remind myself that my behavior is not good right now, but that I am good. I redirect my behavior and feel good about myself. I do not defend my behavior, even to myself.

2.      I teach myself what to learn. I change my behavior and recover.

WE ALWAYS NEED A TURNING POINT AND ALWAYS EAGER FOR THAT

HOW MANY TIMES YOU REPEAT THE SAME MISTAKES YOU MADE IN YOUR LIFE....!!!

May be not able to change it or corrected it or not able to knew it or nobody is there to help you out....!!

THE MOST IMPORTANT STAGE OF EVERY HUMAN IS OUR CHILDHOOD

Every child will become a man one day, but every man are different when they will be grown up as a responsible man. Even though science itself has already proved that every child started speaking when they were in mother’s womb, but why everyone speaks with different voices when they comes out. Some are with the voice of peace and some with the voice of cruelty. So instead of blaming each other when our responsibility is not properly taking care, just let’s try to have a better beginning with a better childhood which is the basis for every responsible man.

Pregnancy is meant for the most beautiful moment for every woman but she have to take care for her own baby since it grown up from a single cell to a fully grown human. The food she will be eating will be the food for her baby biologically, the thoughts of fear and worry she face will image over her baby, the surrounding she have need to change before the baby comes out, the neat and cleanliness of everything have to be utmost important to clear from every possible germs of diseases which may be prolonged even to her baby. As with this modernization everything seems to be accessible and can be bought by money only but really it is not like that with what nature have gifted with us. Taking words from our older generation and specialize doctors who are really meant for serving humanity with their gifted nature of caring for every human for does and don’t( and kindly pass it to others also and share without feeling any hesitation as this will save every childhood), obeying the rules of peaceful surrounding for the sacrifice of our going to be come out baby, taking nutritious food which our older generation use to obey and what we term in science as balance diet, etc etc are some of collection from my unscientific mind.

Then here comes the most important stage of we human, our childhood. What we have to feed them, how we have to take care for their behavior, what we have to teach them, what we should not show them. So all of these will make every possible difference and change when they will grown up with others. The strength of their immune system with nutritious food and taking care of neat and cleanliness , the things he/she have seen very frequently and that imaged in their mind that sown the seed for lifelong may be for good or bad, the sound she/he frequently heard makes them to change every voice when they grown up, the negligence by every parents to them makes them more negligence when they grown up. So a better future is with every completely healthy childhood.

So if we need a change, then let’s take these changes also one of the most important words of wisdom.

(This article is to be noted down by every policy makers and everyone who are parents and who will be parents one day for a healthy society and resourceful with peace and prosperous society with its own process of growth. Kindly try to take more words from related books and persons who are specialized in this field as here I am just showing a reminder as we human are so forgettable.)

WHAT I LEARNT FROM MY LIFE TILL NOW..!!

Life is so beauty just because it gains a lot till upto it lost at the end. So no matter what you learnt till upto now be your happiness and an achievement. It comes out from my frustrated mind when I was thinking that what I have done from my long list of wishes and plans with my growing intuition and the idea which it cultivates apart from my inherited capability. As it was said that life and inheritance is all about a biological trick which is much fitted with our natural growth. So here I brings out some memorable parts and lessons what I learnt from my own life.

It was during my days of teaching, really fate is also like that we are born for something but we are placed at somewhere. But still I loved teaching and even I respect every teachers; that’s why I never missed to meet my teachers whenever I got chance. As I joined teaching at my earliest age and my assistant was there before me for more than a decade in that institute when I joined. And one thing is also there, to good everything seems to be good. So thus, as he is good he seems myself is also good enough to assist. So here starts we two’s story, a story which I learnt everything about how to look after to those who helps you and should be helped by any means. “Why we should not take care for the growth of our juniors by profession, as they are the one who stands as strong pillers for our growth.” Even though after working for more than a decade my assistant was much experienced but the very system which is present at everywhere needs a standard qualification to push up him to the better place to get all those benefits which are there. So as he is less qualified with much experienced, he needs my help to get a better qualification. With the help of my suggestion (of completing his certificate exams with distance mode without leaving the job) and support, he enrolled for further study with that much confidence to me to get more support and at last he got his certificate with a lot of smiley in his face and informed to me about his happiness. But the sad thing was that, I was going to leave that institute on that day with my personal gain in somewhere which I got better opportunity.

Since I started earning for my life I earned some shared of my earning for my happiness which is much more valued than just living a normal life. Sometimes if we will look into our surrounding we will find more of repetition than new hopes and rays of light. So the money I saved without indulging in much happier form of modern life style like drinking, smoking, roaming…etc etc…(as myself a teacher for my own life, I learnt from my continuous process of learning that all such activities are more harmful than anything else if we concerned for a better life.) But I tried to spent it for a different purpose, (otherwise really I missed so many things and happenings of life what everyone knows about our life.) So I have been making the habit of joining hands with my teachers, so visiting to schools located in the far off end corners and help them with my best support. Thus it brings million dollar happiness with my own hard work and Let the happiness be the part of our life.

So who said you are not successful…….!!!

NEW YEAR RESOLUTION……!!

American’s write much better English, obviously as English is their mother tongue and thus so while sharing the following few lines, I may not be that too much good like you are as English is not my mother tongue but still I use English in a better sense to express my views clearly than any other language (a big mistake of mine).

And above all these I am quite happy to say I am happy with everyone of you all’s warm acceptance over my various views in the last so many years or months or days which are gone by without any words of displeasure or disrespectful over any of the issues. So here again I am going to share some of the words of my New Year resolution which we all can together have a common value for living a life with a lot of value and happiness.

To LOVE our loving ones, starting from our parents ! During my school days I was not able to get a chance to watched Tom hanks’ “Saving Private Ryan”, really a brave soldier in the mid-field of war and death cried loudly with mama mama’s LOVE, I want your love, get me back to you when he is near to death! So when I got a chance to watch again, tears may not be enough to falls down in that remembrance. What a nature of we human have by nature, care them and LOVE them as much as you can. LOVE your loving ones to share how much you love and care for him or her. Life should be full of LOVE.

I repeat this sentences again from somewhere I have mentioned or taken out as this seems to be much appreciable for the reason why still I care for you. We humans are of again two fold classification by nature, one is called “RADIATOR” and another “Drain”, a RADIATOR is one who makes you happy with what he/she shares with you, one who cares you with his/her caring nature, one who supports and encouraged you for every step of your life, one who makes you easy to take every risk of your life purposely. And DRAIN, a one who drains out your happiness, takes your help to lose your spirit of going ahead, one who makes you down just because of his/her nature. So I care you in retaliation to preserve you as my RADIATOR. Try this with every RADIATORS whom you are eager for.

Our CAREER is what we make ourselves distress. But how comes it possible to make ourselves in a society with meritocracy where everyone should be graded, visiting cards are more important than how much I love my job. But the trend have changed a lot as “What are you doing?” is the first question when we meet each other for the first time after a long gap, and that answer makes the first difference, thus the judgment of ourselves is more dangerous than anything else when we talked about our CAREER. So why can’t we think someone’s job profile as his or her sympathy over that option of career instead of comparison over what you are doing.

Obviously, LAUGHING is a good medicine for everything what we bear in our mind over tension and worry. And really, it’s quite repetition from the very factual observation that nowadays we hardly LAUGH out for maximum of 5 minutes in our busy 60X24 minutes of the day. Care yourself after that you can care for others, if you longs yourself is what you needed in your world make it corrected with a bigger number of you such a lot of loners as the world needs groups not a singleton. Our society needs you and your care to bring so many people to LAUGH.

PEACE over war, Who dares all these as try to defeat others rules the rate of our success. But let’s make this defeat over others inside our four sided boundations only as the time has come to defeat our own failure by our own success of correcting our mistakes. Let’s correct it and brings PEACE of mind.

Let’s try for another PREAMBLE of our new year CONSTITUTION of our journey of life.

PROMISE..

“.. Your vision is the promise of what you shall one day be; your ideal is the prophecy of what you shall at last unveil..”

In the songs of life and love for a beautiful existence we promise so many things to make complete our meaning of achievement, and thus here we have another promise for another year, another month, another week, another day, another hour, another minute, and for another second ahead in the days to come for so many steps ahead in our life.

If I could have devoted my useful one year to the works of a balance social and personal development, I could atleast try to have an attempt for another scale of Mount Everest such a task. If I could have another 30 days of hard work to make a change in the whole of my promise which I kept, this habit may make another second nature of improvement and with the rest of the 12 months. If I could have another week full of communication with my well-wishers and the surrounding, the knowledge may be handful with me with a lot of caring. If I could have another day, tomorrow may never dies with my hopes and aspiration. A one minute is enough to bear the peace and silent for those moments of my hard work. And a second may ticks within a second but it makes a minute, minutes to hour, days, weeks, months and year.

With best wishes for another new year 2012 with a lot of hopes and aspiration for the challenging task ahead in our goal of life……with your promise.

ANOTHER FARMER’S DAY

If I were a Doctor or an Engineer or an IAS or any of the highly educated citizen of this society, I would prefer to live luxuriously at cities with different amenities and might have forgotten about my village where I was born and brought up, I might have forgotten those promises which I kept during my childhood days, I might have forgotten from where it comes whatever I am eating everyday as no more I am out of purchasing capacity of all these. Because the education what we are getting itself taught us about all these happiest way of life only not about other ways of life what our more than 70% populations are living in far off villages of this vast country. And instead with all these we end up our day’s story with all these stories of celebrities to full of traffics of our cities which they can’t take a moment of rest with all these pity things done by what we humankind every day. May be we will put up so many answers for not able to live in that way starting from our social culture to a way of developmental thinking with living in higher class competitively and may be for other reasons of accessibilities of the things which we need for time being and which are not available in our so called villages. And for all these, nobody has ever tried to think for a solution to make accessible all these amenities to our villages except for what we read in so many policies of our frequently changing governments only.

Some days back I read an article with the heading of being a Farmer and expressing his views and problems in highly pronounced skill of English and later I thought for so many hours that how is it possible to believe 100% about his expression as in our society any of the luckiest hard worker who belongs to far off villages comes up with higher name and fame with improvement in financial status, it takes less than a day to migrate to a better city citing the reason for his or her better upliftment in the future and a farmer who can read and write with this much of better expression may take less than 100 days to migrate to cities for a better option as reading and writing makes the changes of being an agriculturist to other options of earning their life in our society. As myself also can’t express all those feelings and problems faced by a farmer as I never dreamt of becoming as a farmer and in our society all those who frames the policies related to agriculture which is the source of every eatable things, and later we blamed our system but never blame to ourselves when we have the problem of inflation or price rise or shortage of food but all these policies and problems are discussed and resolved inside the air condition offices which are located in our cities only. Otherwise to find a little space for farmers or agriculturist in any of the mass media seems to be under the name and interpretation of some of the so called good politicians to get more support from those non-farmer or non-agriculturist readers of our society. And above all these very recently, after a long more than 60 years of our democracy our government came up with a lot list to do to our ill effected far off villages to compromise with dumping waste and harms with so called nuclear risk but why not at our cities.

When power supply was disturbed due to shortage of coal which was blocked by some sections of society, when foods were not available to us easily due to the blockade of transportation with the demands of some sections of our society, when price rise was not able to control by the government etc and etc after that we started realizing the importance of those more than 70 % populations of our villages who use to put that much of hard work for the whole of their life without any second thought of leaving their occupation but by the next day we forgot all these second thoughts. Otherwise we all should pray for every farmers of our villages everyday for giving us all these valuable blessings in the form of our food, they are our first god other than those we worshiped in the name of religion.

As our system of education is so much bounded to employment opportunities with better living not for a better thinking with sustainable development, every young students are trained to live in a higher cost of living with higher earning not in higher value of living in simple way, every youngsters are guided with options of those which are respectable by name and fame in our society not for those which are valuable in a society, every youngsters are taught to crack the competitive exams but not to crack the problems of our surrounding and environment. So with all these we find difficult to get a doctors young sibling as a farmer or but showing getting a very few of our farmers young siblings who turns out with better achievement starts from shining like stars to migrate to a new address shows any development in the field of our non- irrational way of development. And it’s quite difficult to find an IAS or a doctor or an engineer or any of the educationalists working at our villages with their heartfelt love and care, if happens so may be one in hundreds.

So I promise you, If I will have my children then I will surely make she/he a doctor or an engineer or an IAS or some highly profitable profession and will make him/her to earn good for living happily in the cities only. If she/he happens to become a doctor then will surely open a chain of hospital or clinic to serve all the cities of our Nation not at the villages.

EVERY LIFE IS WITH THOUSANDS OF POSSIBILITIES…..

(……..After writing a long 7 pages of letter to my old high school teacher after a long time narrating some of my experience about my life and how much I have changed since he taught me how to struggle in life to till now. No matter how bad we were and no matter how old our teachers are, they are always behind us and hope will surely the sentences which I expressed some of my views can be read much better by them than anyone else in this World. Dear friends at least this is my humble request, even though we are not living in a country like Finland where Teachers are like next to God to us, as at here everyone talks about how much money he/she is earning, whether he/she is in US or Britain that matters more than how much he/she knows what I called in a knowledge society and at here again I may be wrong as believing those four fold classifications of human mind what we have by our imagination, 1. With whatever I am telling is partially right with your views, 2. With whatever I am telling is exactly right with your views, 3. With whatever I am telling is totally opposite to your views, and 4. With whatever I am telling is totally new to you; kindly try to write something to our old teachers and wishing them a happy teachers day forever to them as the day when we came out from their hand we should celebrate everyday as their day. Because what we are living today is just because of yesterday. And apart from this I am here to narrate you all another Indian story, another story which you and I can read apart from our daily updates of celebrities and personalities as millions eagerly waits for a baby to be born in this materialistic world, whose baby; for one of the celebrities. We talked about those who are above the level of poverty as we all are above the level of poverty. But how about those who are living below the poverty line. Who will wait for another baby boy who is going to born in their family……)

We are surrounded by an environment which is related to nature but ruled by none other than this so called our rulers, as we divided everything as ours, otherwise what I am getting as my share of land property which was inherited by my father is belongings of nature but unfortunately who knows and remembered all about this. And for all these we fight for each other, we demand for our shares and we try to destroy the nature at last as nobody satisfy with our own rule of division and subtraction.

So here comes the story of a boy who is always with bounty of gift with thousands of possibilities in his ways ahead of life by nature as life remains the same like what you and I are having. But everyone believes that the fate and possibilities are with us only not with those who are down trodden. Once a baby boy was born but still at the age of 18 he don’t know where he belonged to as he was among many children of his family who seems to be the son of a labourer or slum dweller or lives in countryside or forest adhivashi where people never dream even to reach upto there and still he don’t know who are his parents when he came up to meet us and live among us as we speak different language and as our society neglects those who can’t produce any documents or read or write about their belongings; and again ours is all about thousands and we have thousands like him in our so called integral society which we always differentiate from us but their share belongings are comes under those who can read and write their parents name forcefully.

But your idea to share some of your knowledge about how the world is look like and how the things are moving, making them to involve in our social life, education not for employment but for living happily and equally like everyone, showing them the difference between good and bad, guiding them from the side, leading them to lid the light of value of knowledge will make possible for every thousands of possibilities in their life. Hope you might thought everything is with money but sometimes everything doesn’t comes with money. Otherwise they don’t have any space among thousands who frame the so called policies for them; nobody cares about how even they live as they belong to other side of the world. Did you ever try to imagine or try to reach upto them for a moment in your past days of life. If so you are one among the luckiest. So when one among us said our society is going to be changed tremendously with a separation like two sides of a coin which we can’t look both at the same time, there is no doubt for confusion.

And here I believe that life can be brought up by life only, sometimes not with money. May be you won’t agree as we are surrounding with everything which is much costlier enough to be bought by those thousands earners only but not by those who have few cents in their hand. But every man is born with a beautiful mind, as even a mad man use to have a mind. Let’s not compare money with knowledge. Hope your knowledge is the source of every possibilities of every life who can’t go ahead with many of the possibilities.

But believe me…”every life is with thousands of possibilities, not only for this boy but for all of us….….”

Children are born for Parents…..

“To father who cares for education, and mother who still encourages……”

They are crying! They are crying! please! please! Let’s help them as one day we are going to become parents of children like we who are neglecting our parents. So we will cry by that time. Any doctor or tantric can’t help to solve their problems as they longs for their own children’s love and care. You can’t tell others that a lady who is going in the street as your mother and a mother won’t get satisfaction with what others are pouring caring and love in the name of humanity as the nature of parents relationship with their children is totally different from what we having with others.

A gap of technology and traditional, a gap of science and scientific temper that’s all we have the difference with our old God mother and God father. Not by just repeating the story of Raja Harishchandra, we youngsters and younger generation need a lot of MNC and wi-fi family’s story of how their life story turns when their pocket fills up with 100 rupee notes to their millions/billions in their swiss a/c. Please don’t opt old age home as safe home for them instead of his or her own home. They may be old, they may be blurred, they may be blind, deaf, dump, and they may be childish; they will be always our parents forever and we will be the parents for our children all the time.

And one thing more, as I am still waiting for another scheme from every government or organization or any employer, a scheme like old age parents care leave scheme like our child care leave scheme, parents caring pay scheme as a part of every earning earned by their children in the name of our parents a/c, and more and more health centers in every corners of the country.

A peace of mind !

How comes my success leads to your success and the world seems to be happy when I got achieved something small in my goal of life? Later I came to know that I am not living for alone, as I am living for others also.

If we continue talking while walking near to the sea shore with a cup of red tea, where the sound of tides dominates the rest of the world; no way for getting the pleasure for your kind presence at there where nobody gets a chance to get such a peace of mind. Our life and habit is like that only as whenever we have problems in our life we went to the sea shore or a garden or a worshiping place to share but not to get relax with the peace of mind; a fault for nature or we human?

Listen ! the sound of bakhtas who are chanting loudly the names of God in the temple running with thousands of devotee everyday making others prayer silent as God can hear from your heart also; the father of the church standing tall in front of others making a long list of prayers above for those who are praying for their own; the emam who is trying to make listen his voice to reach upto everywhere whoever want to pray to God sitting inside the masajid; and the rest.

Above all these there are so many Good things in this world, but we can see, hear and think only about bad things; Why? We need a peace of mind!

We failed in our new year commitment by 98%.

All of my Dear readers, I found the above 9 words sentence in somewhere written in the books of statistical data with how we can make a change to it and exactly we faced the same problem when we make so many commitments and changes for a new year and by then we wait for another new year 2012. So what happened to my bad habits which I have been trying to be far from those habits, as still I am not able to follow “early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy,wealthy and wise”, still I am not able to add morning exercise even though I have been looking and reading for the essence of exercise for a healthy life, still I am not being able to left the junk foods as my breakfast-lunch-dinner as I don’t have time for myself but I never take few minutes of my day to have a proper time management for the whole day, still I am not able to keep the things surrounding to me properly at proper place even though I have read and heard so many times that it’s all about a part of our happy life, still I am not being able to read and know what is happening in this Earth everyday, still I am not able to left the habit of putting more time in entertainment for the day in the name of relaxation of my mind, still I am not able to get proper time for my friends and family to have a good relationship with them and instead I am engaging more of my day to unnecessary show of the day, still I am not able to get off from using cigerates, tobacco, pan masala, which are all harmfull upto my next generation rather than for myself, still I am not able to make any plan for my future with short term plans to achieve my goal of life, still I am not being able to make any addition of good habits which I learnt from best men and women of my surrounding.

But by the next day, I plan to add any of the above sentences thinking that I am the one who is responsible for everything and I am the one who can make all these changes and really it works well but it takes time for making it as my second nature.

Re-making of our Role-model!

It is well said that, our parents and teachers were the role models of we teenagers when we grown up as we were not in the habit of doing or behaving the things like our dream role models used to do during childhood as behaving like Einstein or Newton or Kalam during our youngster was more difficult than to talk about them. But we really learnt and did as it what our parents and teachers used to do by the next day. That is why my mother’s cook taste is just like anything which we won’t have in our life, my mother’s cared from which I learnt how I am careful from everything now, my father’s nature is what I inherited by then, so in other words when we born we never choose our parents, our parents choose us and when we go to school we never choose our schools but our parents choose our teachers. And still I remembered when one of my teacher was describing himself saying what we are looking at him is nothing but a combine character of all of his parents and teachers who brought up him till now. And he said how he is caring to us, how he is smiling to us, how he is talking to us and so and so, everything is what he learnt and inherited from them and thus when he stand and act for something then all of them used to come up and stand behind him and remaking him what they made him. And really try to see your images in front of your mirror how you are look alike, sometimes all those your well wishers are standing behind you whenever you used to stand and facing the struggles of your life.

But now almost a generation gap was over when we talked about our relationship with our parents and we were not in position to apply our good relationship as it should be. Even we talked about a good relationship like our parents should treat us like their friends and we should learnt more from our parents than from outsiders but it was not possible as we are in the habit of taking more time for ourselves than others. It’s not like that books were there, teachers were there, society was there to make all the changes but we were not ready for everything. And now another generation is readily waiting to learnt and make a continuation of our generation. But still we are not ready to share all those things of how a role model will be look like and how we will treat them as.

Even though everyone was so eager about a change when we started talking about a systematic and phenomenal change of our youngster’s educational system by making them to choose whatever she/he wanted and the interest of their way of thinking and doing the things. But our preceding generation could make it nothing except they try to make this lines more sense in grammatically, but this is the time to think all the above words more in dept about the length and breadth of the words but not the grammar of the sentences. In a sentence, let’s try to forget whatever you think we were in a wrong decision as we are going to make a new decision and let’s not make another 100% cut off in admission to schools and colleges because of us. We as a parent and as a teacher have to make so many promises when they will enter in this world of achievers; we have to make so many compromises when we will deal with them as our younger as well as our successor; we have to know and aware more about the newly going to be enter in their life other than facebooking, orkuting. Whatever we are talking about and reading about caring of others by our senses should be applied timely; whatever we are talking about making them more valuable, we should apply to them step by step when they will grown up. From foods to living with eco-friendly as per the sustainable development will be the theme of our future and aim of our every governance. Making them to teach for a better living will be our goal instead of making them to be more employability. A system where everyone is much more responsible then a single individual, a system where things are self accountable just by counting and looking at numbers, a system which will bring all the solutions for every problems which we are having as problems are meant for everyone and are because of us.

If you can, then try to make something change to someone just because of you!

Totally different from me.

(The story of a boy and later became a man who capable to handle all the responsibility of being born in this generation, but as the culture, society and environment where he is at there, makes the difference of a different story but still it is so relevant to everyone of us. Once we reach our mind upto where an educated what we called and praise ourselves for what we are able to do as per the situation and condition, but you know the stories will be different as the ways are different. So I am talking about Indian story, I am not talking about USA, Australia or else. But still you are good enough as atleast you can think upto which you can and know the difference. I am going to tell you a story about what we are in as I belongs to your world.)

He was born as just like we were born, some of our parents faced more problem than they enjoyed happiness in their life since we realized in our life(but still they are so hopeful over us as our future will make everything change as everyone literate or illiterate remembers the golden spirit of Napolean that “Impossible is the word founds in the dictionary of fools”; but they never remembered another quotation “Give me a good mother I will conquer the whole world”), some of our parents shown us the empty way as the way for our future(but still we regret as we are in a different generation Biologically as well as Technologically), some of them pre-plan more than what we are supposed to plan when we will go ahead(but still we considered it as meaningless in relation with “we are born free, we should live free”),some of them enjoyed more than what they faced problems in their life(but they realized later only when they faced problems and by that time they murmured “Life without struggle is meaningless”); and he was also brought up in any of such situations above.

Then it is said that or by natural Justice of large human populations, education is what we need to care a lot for a young infants like him. By the same time some started commenting about this very essence terminology of education by this new generation, as sometimes we don’t need that much for a formal education with these much changed generation as every system of education at anywhere is the basis of a secure job opportunity and employability which makes a problem of mental depression with this large population of ever increasing number of unemployment at everywhere. So better is to shift the existing system to a better system of learning for a better living with much sustainable with the ever increasing problems in our environment. But the initial words and thoughts are brought up by the surrounding only not by the education from where he is going to get after he will be dress up with much better than before. Again everyone use to remember in their mouth that “Childrens are as pure as God”, but still they are brought up by showing more wrong doings even though we spend more time for praying to God as we are more innocent than others. In other words we can say, we are always right with what we are doing. So again he was brought up in these situations and he learnt how the world looks like apart from how these globe looks like from the Hubbles telescope.

By the time when his mind reached upto maturity as much as with biologically, in other sense he started having a sense of love and care for environment and surrounding apart from his soul and his dear one’s, he started tasting the things which he is not supposed to do as per the education what he got formally but he is just doing as what he have learnt from his surroundings. As there is saying that what we have seen is more adamant than what we read and what we act becomes a habit of our second nature. He started looking at the things more interestingly than before as his eagerness for differentiating the differences of opposite nature of the things happening as what is wrong and what is right is making more confusion with his presence of mind, education what he did and what he have learnt by just looking at those things. When he read those lines of “….seven stages of life..” life is becoming more valuable then before as he have to make more valuable for what his present is matter a lot. Again a time came to one among his seven stages that what he is seeing the things is nothing but its all about just a reason for what he was taught not for actual reason as still we humans are not able to find out where about of our origin. So what about the things we are taking it as beauty and ugly and nothing is there to classify for such classification in a better way till now with a proper parameters.

“…a beautiful life that is of positive thoughts with beautiful ideas that leads to every success of good works, not for fame but for satisfaction of truth, a change that longs to the betterment for everyday we awe, then live a life not making any hurt to others but be able to helpful to others, have regard of ourselves but never forget that we live for others in this world and don’t die people to cry as our perception is so limited upto a level that dead is the end as pictured in our mind but we never die really….” is what he considered will follow in his ways ahead but know by the time when he started having the habit of reading as it make him more to the nature of thinking a lots more and write more expressing about he wants to express.

He is more capable just because of the following questions what he put up to his mind and he just answer to himself:

1. Why we are not able to reach upto everywhere where our mind need to reach so that one day we will have a much broader mind and thought of expression, see our country itself is much enough to reach everywhere as still we are so restricted to only hundreds of story but we need thousands of story to heard every day. As India is all about thousands?

2. Why we never try to look on those reasons for what people are doing opposite to what we considered as truth?

3. If the value of living a life is to value itself and a very reasonable for our presence then why we were never taught till now by our elders those values of living a life, we need to make a change if we want to make a change in the next generation as they will follow our way only as we are not going to follow their way arithmetically as well as phenomenally?

4. If we dreamt of super heroes in our fictional and non-fictional stories to solve all these problems of our environments then why can’t we make it real from reel?

5. Learning from the past and thinking for the future, how we will go ahead is more important than to make it just passing our present?

6. As the origin of everything is from this Earth only then surely solution for every problems will also be able to get it from here only, but mining is more important than extracting?

Let’s see and wait what for this much capable man is going to do in his future but if you don’t mind we can have a think for a change in our minded also to learn to have a respect for others work either it may be big or small and to co-operate others as this philosophy will only leads to success of every work.

Man needs men, not money

Have you ever got the time to watch the moving clouds which takes different shapes, like sometimes tiger, sometimes dear, sometimes a human shape above your sky as like you use to watch when you were so cute enough to called as a lover of nature in your childhood by yourself? Exactly,NOOOOO…! now you don’t even have time to think over this again in your life, but let’s see by turning somewhat upside down of your palm which you have been frequently showing to one of your good friend who is so excited to tell everything about your future, like everyone is murmuring about this and that of corruption and so and so if we will compare with this society in a little bit wider and broader way of looking our life; so what’s there on your opposite side of your palm which you have been believing will make everything change in your future. Yes, you want something, what’s there man or money?

Once a friend of mine was suggesting to me so emotionally about how peoples are struggling on the other side of life which we can’t reach our mind; like we have food to eat, we have cloths to wear, we have money to buy, we have family to share our happiness, we have technology to reach upto where we want, we have education to go ahead, our family and myself is not being hurt by the Tsunami like incident in Japan, flood, drought, faced the incidents of Terrorist, human trafficking, against human rights like AFSPA in J&K and NEI(North East of India). And what is there in their life, who are not having any of the above and who are facing any of the above incidents in their life? The recent data collected from one of the oldest mental Hospital of the state of Jammu and Kashmir reveals that there have been more than double fold increase in the number of mentally related diseases in these areas in the last two decades. And what about other places, still uncountable as we believed this is all about part and partial of our life, but what actually is the problem. The problem is with this very essence of money for those who have already money in their hand, as introduction of the system of using money itself is also a big problem, as those who have money they wanted money not humanity, not love, not sympathy, not caring and those who don’t have money they really wanted caring, sympathy, love, satisfaction in their life. Yes, men (a man who can care and show sympathy, who can give thousands of love, a man who can pour thousands of satisfaction, a man who can give thousands of confidence, a man who can make thousands of change) is what they needed to get somewhat relax in the rest of their life, not actually money as which makes all these problems of mental disturbances.

And with this same climax, another emotional feeling shared by someone, but the matter was related to money not with my men. But later I translated it into to a person who shared this story is really what we needed, as she pick up a Five Hundred note rolled up like a one who might be having a single note in his hand and use to take it very carefully to his way for some important purposes and by mistake it slips out from someone’s pocket or hand, in her way. She was so worried for that person who lost his Five Hundred, as she is still not satisfied for getting that five hundred note without any reason of work and at last she did prayed for the loser with what she gained. So, a simple sympathy!

Oh the toooooo…..! sound is coming from the train which I have to board and so I am supposed to leave this Coimbatore railway junction, So I stop my words at here and closing for today but hope for another similar situation…….

Science and humanity: present generation

When we talked about scientific temper in this generation of Information and technology where we count number of internet user more precisely then our actual population of humanity in different field, really we are much improved generation by generation. And it is all about the beauty of Science which we inherited from nature. But who knows, when in one of the class room where a man with the passion of sharing his knowledge was engaging in the topic of nuclear energy as, (in simple words) “…we have atoms with negative charge electrons surrounding to the nucleus which is made up of positive charge protons and neutrons, and by science like charges repel and unlike attract each other, and these positive charge protons instead of repelling to each other by force of repulsion of electric force they attract each other by another stronger force called as nuclear force which is of short range means which is very active upto a short distance as here in this case the size of the nucleus is as much as comparable for this stronger force to act. But in the case of bigger atoms like Uranium which have protons of 92 by number, the above force of attraction of nuclear force does not works at here but instead the electrical force of repulsion due to being like charges and thus splits out when tapped lightly even with other nucleons and thus we get this the very idea of nuclear energy but actually it is all about that electrical energy which we get due to electrical repulsion inside the nucleus among protons…..” And nowadays we used it for the science of atom bomb and nuclear reactors for destroyer as well as a means for our energy in this generation. And this was the topic of debate between two persons who are related to their fields of technology where one is in favor of nuclear energy and another who is against the nuclear but in support of wind and solar energy in front of hundreds who are related and support to these fields, but after a long discussion pointing out their merits and demerits it was tied as both of them are equally right and equally favorable with nature and development. But you know even though this science made our life more beautiful generation by generation ahead but the level of degradation is as much as like the end of everything is very near.

And another field where we need to have more attention as this will be easier enough to make another change and wait for another generation with no more quality of we as human being. Yes, no doubt our mind is endless and as just like in economics “…human wants never ends…”, even though this line was fitted with economics but these community of science and technology is also having the same related economical mind in their own views and which makes only these changes. But still this community is claiming that science have limitation by nature even though the things are keep on reducing by size and here is this fascinating process of organ transplantation and the new approach of stem cell, reducing from the much bigger organ transplantation to a transplantation of the smallest structural and functional unit of a living thing i.e., cell. When we started hearing about to transplant (transportation or substitution or making a new instead for the damaged one with the biological process of growth) our human organs that is no more useful to us or its totally damaged to work for our human metabolism, we were just appreciated this beauty of science but when we heard about this much better capable biological method with development of science i.e., stem cell transplantation makes us more hazard to our mind with the question of whether we are going to exist or not, as all of the biological process is going to make a change once it will start functioning just the one we like to make it apart from solving all our problems related to treatment of different deadly diseases. As, as per this methodology we just need only a single cell from you and me to make another you and I. And this is going to be a hot topic of another equally favorable debate in the days to come. So just think it and mind it.

Live for a change....

Oh! my God..

This is the question that raised to me very unexpectedly when some sounds come up to my soul with so much of excitation to my present moment, you know..

After so many years of my presence in this world, what I have learnt and what I have seen about this world? What I have learnt and what I have seen about our life?

And what you are going to do in your next step of your life as life is all about full of steps and only those full stops are there for those who remain silent.

Even though you agree with, “tomorrow will surely come if you want to change in your next step; otherwise there will be no more another day like tomorrow if you are not aiming for a change in your next step of life.”

But still I am laughing with a cry as so many things are undecided in our ways ahead.

But I am sure we will live for a change always…….

1. Education for peace (North East)

A ground change in the system of Education incorporated with the theme of peace and prosperity is the only solution for all the problems which this vast nation is facing may be related to corruption or irregularities of governance or insurgency or naxalites other than picking up guns and weapons against them. Taking for just small perspective regarding this small North Eastern State of India, Manipur with a population less than 30 lakhs and that also more than 10% of their younger generations youths are staying outside for many reasons comprising in search of better future educational prospect as well as employment opportunity, hope for their parents to keep their young one’s far from the existing situation at there, or may be for other reasons; comparing with the last 3-4 decades which this state faced this problems of underground militants we need a much better solution oriented with peace and development and quality based education which will itself bring the changes.

It was a different story when their grandparents told their way of life and living and different perspective of the classic value of education which they used to get during their time and not only that the respect for the relationship of teachers and students and with the society. And still its is able to seen in their way of living as well as hospitality which is known to everyone apart from so many hurdles and problems in their society in the post Independence era of India and its merger in India. A place known as “Jewel of India”, by former Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and known for sports enthusiasm without that much of infrastructure not only in India but in the whole World. Rich in biodiversity with a lot of medicinal herbs and shrubs in the surrounding hilly areas makes a place in the map of pharmaceutical industry; with the role model of better eco friendly existence of naturalistic existence in this materialistic world of petroleum products and global warming and green house effect. But now that is totally contrast with the present system. Even though there was a phase or transition stage in education system where the government started shouting for a value based quality education system after a much corrupted system in education department itself; starting from recruitment of teachers and improper way of management of the existing system and on the other hand entering of valueless private schooling system in 1980’s in the module of other states just for the name sake apart from the disturbances in their society with these different issues of insurgency-politics which mainly disturbs the academic atmosphere which is much necessary for the better implementation of any of the system. But there were few numbers of mission schooling systems run by different religious organization which contributes somewhat a better quality. But for places where there is no more peaceful environment the prospect of better education for better future is just dilemma. So, the existing philosophy of the society itself disturbs the whole of the system and difficult to bring changes without any proper planning system of education with the theme of peace as solution for every problem.

As of now, peoples minded are totally diverted from a better system of environment with much development but instead everyone dreamt for a society with peaceful situation where there is no more violence of uncertain end of life for their someone’s which totally divert their mind from development or of a futuristic betterment of a society. So almost nobody is looking on that side of a fruitful uses of a quality education which this term education itself means in the science as a branch of science as well as an arts subject to increase the value of society with its value. Every educated one’s bright mind is just utilizing for the problems which the society is facing for time being. And the existing system of political system, which is of much in the value of politics itself and less in the side of development which it should walk together for better means of governance.

So looking after the situations at there broadly, the following points can be summed up as the parameters or areas where we need to give more emphasis and a better analysis of the following areas will give better hints for making a better frame of reference.

1. the system of giving recognization to mushrooming schools running for business without the proper infrastructure which it should have by the rules and regulation is one among the worst in education system where the economy of the state is not that too much for its own dependents.

2. Too much of private school (data of private schools and govt schools with last 2 decades before and present) is also one of the criteria for governments inadequacy or for not able to implement the rules and which also much effect on the side of the state’s economy where there is not that much of industrial as well as business sector in comparison with other states.

3. Lack of Modernization of the system of education along with updated curriculum is one of the drawback in the education where the changes are there in human development, and so to cope up this modern competitive world of science and technology.

4. A much well trained teachers with research oriented in their fields of teaching along with the education itself is much awaited. As this profession of teaching itself should be a passion for every teacher with much dedicated keeping in their mind, I quoted Albert Einstein’s “Education itself is not just feeding facts to young minds but making them curiosity”.

5. A better way of training the teachers at there with the initiatives from organizations like NCERT and CBSE to cope up with the present situation at there.

6. Lack of better system of adult education which brings a lot of misunderstanding in the society while implementing any of the act or social rule.

7. A better collaboration with other system of education existing in much better states as literacy is not the factor which affects the system but value is the necessity.

8. Lack of culture based education in their curriculum as every society need to dealt with their rich culture as everything starts from that origin only.

Looking after all the above terms and prevailing situations, and which is also much similar in other parts of this vast and integrated Nation, the following ways and areas can be given preference for a better solution. As education itself is a long term planning with a lot of perspective with a better frame of reference.

1. Setting up of educational research centers in varied fields at such places where there is necessary to analyse the existing system in wide areas.

2. Setting up of better collaboration with the central institutes and organizations with the state and local institutes to get a better result and reason all the time with updated data and information.

3. Taking help from non-governmental organizations to take up issues related to the society and for a better implementation of better system.

4. Making more uses of better educated youths of the concerned places for change in their society along with giving more job opportunities.

5. A better mobilization to the parents and guardians about the value of education and future prospects with the hope of changes.

6. Giving opportunities to the private sectors as well as private Institutes for a change to their system for a value based competition.

7. Taking initiatives from better chain of educational organizations which may be public funded or private who are more expertise in these fields of imparting better system with value.

As most of the places have some specialty in different fields may be in rich culture, sports enthusiastic, tourism, rich in natural resources, rich in biodiversity for a better medicinal prospects, so and so. So incorporating with the above views and observations we can search for a way to implement a different system of education with the theme of peace and development in such areas. Looking after all these parameters I just want to analyse the prevailing system of education more in deep in both government and as well as private schools and institutes for a change in foundation as in this present system there is no way for changing from the top instead from bottom. May be there will be a gape of generation after implementation of such system but atleast there will be a two way solution both for peace and a better future with more prospect to everyone. As by the age of an adult the classification of good and bad, justification of right and wrong is very universal and hope there will be no more question of how can we implement, as we are going to implement a system to a society where humans are there for their prospect of a better future.

We can keep the following views while going to make some of the frame of reference:

1. Students upto the standard of 8^th is quite better to make them and mould them to turn around the hope of the better future as the as per the analysis of the views of their mentality and minded it seems to be the turning point of every students and make them much freedom and aware about the better future with the best educational guidance. In a sense to make them more aware with the initiative from society for more competitive like we have “Super 30” in the states of Bihar as an immediate remedy for time being along with the system of changing from the bottom-line of education.

2. Not only this there is a huge population of youths who are mainly from middle class or lower class of the society or little conservative in nature or by the prevailing conditions of their family so that they are not able to afford expenditure to reach upto other parts of India like the rest of the rich and those who are following the path of getting higher education from outside as a culture or as real enthusiasm from others are still remains at there, if we can make a social awareness or giving them proper guidance or giving them opportunities for making themselves able to stand for better future or make them to mingle with outside world by giving better facilities of information and technology.

3. Apart from these a better participation from civil society where there will be more meaning as looking after the present trend of anti corruption bill in the whole of India and the prevailing the social structure of this small state with a very few population. Here I meant we have social groups like rotary clubs, educationalist, entrepreneurs, achievers, distinguish awardees, sports players, cultural organizations apart from political as well as unlawful organizations and so and so, as it makes them more sense and valuable with their presence.

4. And making some distance from politics in many of the fields related to education with much on autonomous with better system even from the newly mushrooming educational institutes with better collaboration among each other collectively as it’s high time to think over this issue again and again with deep.

Even after this much of anti social and anti human activities hammered to these few populations continuously, their culture of living a life of die hard as it seems to visible from many of the activities which continuous in their society. Whenever I used to go to sports field, still our players are trying their best to show their best with much on brotherhood, whenever I joined with them in their religious ceremony there is nothing to comment about the loss of their past rich culture, and a very vivid scene which I was able to see when I was checking at the many of the places and localities of this small state during the festival of Holi as which they use to celebrate as “Yaosang” Where every group of ages enjoy in different forms like young children’s with colour and sports activities which this is a compulsory part of these festival, which they celebrated for five day long with different themes, youths are there for getting new friendship as “Thabal Chongba” dance which is also a compulsory part of this festive and organized at night during these five days where unknown boys and girls have dance joining hands together which makes more interesting in their life so it becomes their wait for the whole year to come this season, and elderly peoples are mainly engaged in puja and prayers in different forms. What we need more for being living a life with much happier even after so many uncertainties in their next step.

“Ashana eikhoigi thawaini,punshini,pangalni….”

[ ……our hope is our soul, our life, our strength…. ]

This line from one of the famous song of Manipuri still strucks in my mind whenever I need to pen down few words of prayer for the peoples at there. Let’s bring changes as life is all about to make changes in every steps.
